I used to HATE using A.I for YouTube automation. 

it would make your video sound like an old toaster with 

A script no real human would understand or write.

And the worse, the high risk of not being able to monetize your videos through the youtube partner program. 

But, a lot has changed these past few months, 

and with the huge improvements of artificial intelligence and its use case, 

the new software coming out we can use to create videos 

And the improvements of already existing software. 

me and some of my students actually have seen great success running profitable faceless youtube channels using A.I.

so in this letter, i will be covering all i know and learned about using A.I as a tool to boost your youtube views and revenue, while lowering your video production costs.

Basically making your life easier. 

My hope with this letter is to transform your life with a new vision of Youtube automation with AI

And how you can use it to your advantage to start your online business for nearly free in today's digital age.

How me and my students used A.i for success with youtube automation.

Before we dive deeper into the use case of A.I in youtube automation i can imagine you want to know if this all is real and works. 

My name is Casper and for the past 3 years, i have been running automated youtube channels. 

After a lot of high peaks and deep lows, i figured out how to run profitable faceless youtube channels, 

Which now gives me complete time and location freedom, 

Spending most of my time near a beach where i can surf and practice Yoga, 

While working remotely, enjoying the sun, and not having to account to any boss. 

Besides running channels myself my clients like Sanjeet, Maykol, Michael and Lisa all 4 run channels created with AI, respectively making $2,500+, $7,000, $3,300, and even $15,000 per month. (and that dates back from months ago) 

And these are just a small portion of the results we have achieved using A.I youtube channels.

What actually is A.I and why it matters

Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to computer systems capable of performing complex tasks that historically only a human could do, such as reasoning, making decisions, or solving problems.

When applied to Youtube this is: 

• analyzing channels 

• finding SEO keywords

• writing scripts

• recording voice-overs 

• editing videos 

• creating thumbnails.

Today, the term “AI” describes a wide range of technologies that power many of the services and goods we use every day – from apps that recommend tv shows to chatbots that provide customer support in real-time.

Artificial intelligence is the theory and development of computer systems capable of performing tasks that historically required human intelligence, such as recognizing speech, making decisions, and identifying patterns. 

AI is an umbrella term that encompasses a wide variety of technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP). 

The reason this is important when applied to real life, online business or just YouTube automation is because it can save us a lot of time and money using this software. 

they often produce faster results or value for a lower price. 

In short, they can cause huge Leverage

it’s also more accurate, decrease operational cost, and it can create unique text or images according to your creativity. 

With the rise of A.I we could: 

• Replace hours of analytical work with minutes of A.i gathered data. 

• Replace freelance script writers with chatbots. 

• Replace freelance voice actors with voice over software. 

• Replace graphic designers with softwares that generate images using prompts 

• Replace video editors with generative A.I Programs

Oh and by the way, 

you either spend a lot of time doing all these different tasks yourself, 

Or you hire freelancers for each task to do it for you. 

and i can tell you one thing, 

hiring these real humans is more expensive than getting a subscription to an A.I software that can probably do the same task for you, for less money, in less time. 

And this is exactly why you do not want to be left behind in the A.I wave.

New Vs Old Way of Youtube Automation

I remember it as if it were yesterday, 

it was early November 2023. 

a past client named Maykol joined my group coaching program “faceless tuber school”. 

he was extremely excited to start his faceless youtube journey but, 

he was from Brazil, 

had a family of 3 and a wife to maintain, 

and his full-time 9-5 job only made him around $1,000 a month in income. 

which is not a bad thing, 

but there was not a lot of spending room to invest in freelancers to launch his youtube automation channel. 

so there were 2 options left, 

Option 1:

he either had to do all the work himself, 

Finding a channel, writing scripts, recording voiceovers, editing videos, AND making thumbnails. 

and that on a weekly basis. 

not an easy task, next to working a job and maintaining a family. 

Or option 2: creating his channel using A.I Tools. 

So Maykol went through my course and A.I program, 

and what happened next was something even i had not experienced before, nor seen with any of my other students.

within the span of 2 months, 

Maykol’s channel, completely made with A.I, 

went viral and was already making him $7,000+ a month in AdSense revenue alone. 

that is 7 times more money than his full-time 9-5 job was making him. 

Working over 40 hours a week. 

Pretty life changing if you ask me, 

and this was the moment, i knew A.I channels were here to stay. 

And would probably take over a big part of the youtube market in the coming months and years. 

Where you first had to pay the following for a 10-minute faceless video (average): 

script: $15

voice over: $10

video: $25

thumbnail: $5

Total video cost of: $55 

and that for 10-30 videos a month for consistent reliable growth. 

Maykol only spends around $40/ Month on A.I tools. 

He would spend 0$ on freelancer costs, didn’t have to communicate with them, and didn’t have wait for them to deliver products. 

he also did NOT have to work with any freelancers like you usually have to do (managing a team of ⅘ can be harder than you think with timezones and language barriers involved). 

Now this all sounds perfect and dreamy right? 

But please know; 

AI does not just solve all these time and money problems, 

AI can be great and powerful to help you with certain processes here, 

but not every type of youtube channel can be done with AI like this, 

And you still will HAVE TO put in time and energy in learning the fundamentals of youtube automation, how it works and how it can make you money. 

i would recommend anyone starting, 

to first run channels yourself, 

make videos yourself, 

and learn the required AI software involved to make high quality videos. 

more on that later.

Use AI to do the same job, but faster. 

Does A.I even work for youtube automation? 

A common question and misconception number 1 is that you cannot get monetized using AI software for your youtube videos. 

the main issue being: 

that the youtube algorithm can flag your content for being “repurposed” 

this is a common youtube policy that is often used the prevents channels from being monetized, 

let me quickly explain how youtube monetization works in case you are new to this concept. 

Because if you do not understand the fundamentals, you are doomed to fail. 

the way you make money with youtube channels (mainly) is from adsense revenue. 

Here is a step-by-step framework on how to “monetize” a youtube channel; 

Step 1: You Start a channel on youtube 

Step 2: you upload videos and hopefully get views. 

Step 3: you get 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of public watch time. (requirements to apply to youtube partner program (YPP). 

Step 4: You apply to the YPP and either get accepted or declined (because of various reasons like re-used content) 

Step 5: if you get declined you have to make needed changes to your videos and apply again. 

Step 6: if you get accepted you are officially a youtube partner. 

Step 7: Youtube partner can put advertisements on their videos. the views you now get on your channel and videos are “monetized” views. meaning you earn money from them

This is simply said how to get “monetized” on youtube and start earning ad revenue from video views. 

there are multiple other ways to earn money from your channel but i will cover that another time, 

the adsense revenue generated is dependant on amount of ads your place on videos and your niche/market. 

i will dive deeper into that in another letter, 

but for now this is all you need to know, 

so the problem here is, 

that in the past many AI generated channels would get flagged for having Re-used content, 

meaning youtube thought of this content as low-quality content that didn’t add any value. 

As it is true this used to happen in the past, 

the AI software are so strong today that this barely happens anymore. 

Unless you make a very low-quality video. 

Or you jus blindly copy-paste someone else their videos/channels. 

So, as long as you make something of quality. 

that you would actually watch yourself too, 

you are fine using AI software to help you create videos. 

Common question number 2 is that you cannot create “high quality” video content that viewers enjoy watching using AI software. 

Wondering if “you can actually earn money with these channels because nobody wants to watch this AI content?” 

and, i admit that not ALL content or channels are possible to run using AI right now. 

so, you have to be smart about it. 

you cannot make a mr.Beast quality video edit with high paced 4 second shots of real life events, 

you cannot make a sports highlight video where you are showing off highlight reels of yoru favorite sports team. 

Even though script writing and voice acting with AI works fine nowadays. 

the video editing part is still the bottleneck. 

As most AI software uses stock material videos or AI-generated images to make videos.

So instead of thinking in problems and channels, you cannot make with this, 

How about we switch that around and think about what we can do? 

How we run YouTube automation channels using AI. 

Now that it is clear what AI is, how it works, and how we can leverage it to help us run this online business. 

And (semi) automate our youtube automation channels. 

Let’s talk about how this is actually going to look. 

Running faceless YouTube channels always comes down to the same principles no matter how you run your channel or create your videos

this is the 10-step framework for running a YouTube automation business. 

1. research topic idea to test (your niche) 

2. build channel art and SEO templates

3. ideate packaging (titles, thumbnails, editing) 

4. write scripts 

5. turn the script into a voice-over

6. edit video 

7. create thumbnail 

8. upload video 

9. rinse and repeat until successful 

10. outsource

Now where AI comes into play is that we use different AI software to help us with each different step the best way possible. 

Replacing our own time efforts with AI software 

Replacing manual work with AI Software

Replacing freelancers we pay with an AI software 

You basically do the same as running a normal channel, 

we just use AI where we can to 

• Produce assets faster 

• Reduce money investment into freelancers 

• Reduce waiting times and communication time with freelancers (!)

• Reduce time investment in research 

• Reduce time investment in creating content

Now which Tools do we use to augment our channels? 

The AI tools we use to run YouTube automation channels. 

in the last chapter, i showed you a 10-step system for running a channel. 

i will now link my favorite AI tools to each step and explain how this AI software can be used to run channels for you. 

please note; that you DO NOT have to use every AI tool on the market to run a channel, 

These are just the best ones to use if you really want to go all out with an AI channel. 

you can still do certain parts yourself, 

or outsource others. 

After this, i will tell you what channels i recommend running like this and which i dont. 

also note; that some of the links provided may be affiliate links to these softwares. 

AND: these are all tools i use myself everyday, i also teach my freelancers who produce my videos how to use these tools so they can deliver assets quicker. 

some of these are free, some of these come at monthly subscription prices. 

and most of them have free trials too so you can test them first.

This is the Youtube automation AI stack for running your business: 

1. research topic idea to test (your niche) 

• VidIQ 

VidiQ is the main software used for youtube automation and probably the oldest one, it helps you research keyword search volume and competition scores. it also gives you a chrome extension which shows deeper analytics on competiutor channels. This is a MUST HAVE for anyone starting or doing youtube automation in my opinion.

• Nexlev.io 

Nexlev is a niche scraper that gives in depth data on trending/viral videos. it’s developed by Noah Morriz, a very skilled individual who makes over $100,000 a month running his faceless youtube channels. this tools will give you in depth knowledge on new channels that er performing very well. a perfect place to start understanding the game.

2. build channel

• canva.com 

Canva has a free version and paid version, definitely also a must have for making videos, thumbnails and channel art. with this you get easy plug and play templates for normal videos, short vertical videos, logo’s and banners. Definitely try this out.

3. Doing SEO (keyword research and algorithm optimization (!)) 

• Taja.io 

Taja is one of those tools that just makes your life so much easier. one of the biggest question i always get from people is what and how many keywords or SEO they should be doing for youtube automation. With this tool you just link your channel or video into it. and it literally does ALL the work for you. From viral titles, to seo optimized descriptions and the best performing tags. all on autopilot. i definitely love this tool.

4. ideate packaging (titles, thumbnails, editing) 

• 1of10 

Do not even consider getting this tool, just get it. if you are serious about making this business a success. with this tool you can find viral videos on demand for any market or niche out there. every time i upload a video, i just search the title in this tool and see how other creators who went viral with the topic made their title and thumbnails. and then you just mimic what works in your own style. Another must have tool to increase your success rate drastically.

5. write scripts 

• chatgpt

chatgpt is the main prompt-writing tool out there, it has a free version to play around with but also some paid versions. the free version is enough honestly. depending on the scripts and difficulty of videos you are making, this tool works like magic! 

• quilbot

quilbot is a paraphrasing tool, what that means is that you can copy paste a youtube script in here. and it gives you a fully paraphrase unique text file back. There is some controversy around doing this, but honestly it works like magic and is completely legal as you are using youtube’s fair use policy anyway. you cannot make “unique” written topics with this. since you basically copy someone else their script. but if you voice and edit it in another way. it is still a unique video. Multiple of my clients use this tool and run $3,000+ a month channels.

6. turn the script into a voice-over

• elevenlabs.io 

The best and only tool i use to create voice overs from scripts. This tool saves you SO MUCH time and money. you just upload a 3000 word file and within minutes you have a full voice over off 20 minutes. this would take a freelancer a full day or two to do plus more than $30 per script. with literally one script you already made your money back. Please get this when you want to run faceless youtube channels, it will change your business.

7. edit video 

• midjourney

• capcut 

Midjourney is a prompt image generator. so it makes AI images based on the prompts you give it. now an image is not a video i know, but if you put a lot of images next to each other in a video editor like capcut (both are freeby the way!) you can make a video with slideshow images and some zoom effects, pretty easy. capcut also auto generates AI captions for you so that is nice. this method is best for low content story based channels. NOT for video edits with real life footage. 

• pictory

Pictory is an AI editor that automatically adds stock material footage to your uploaded script and voice over. a very handy tool for low content channels. it also automatically adds captions to your videos for easier readability. This for now is the main software to do this. What i would recommend is starting your journey with a channel like this to test the waters of youtube automation, you can easy

8. create thumbnail 

• canva

Canva has millions of editable templates you can use for free and it also introduces an AI images generator. very fun way to easily get started with graphic design. Canva is a must have. 

• midjourney 

midjourney creates AI images based on prompts you give it. you can either play around with it and use the images made here, or download the image and import it to canva to make further small edits like arrows, circles or text. 

these are all the AI tools i use daily to run my youtube automation business with AI. 

i would highly recommend you to give it a try, as it saves you a huge amount of time, and it saves you money compared to outsourcing to freelancers. 

if you feel overwhelmed by the amount of tools above. 

i would get started with these core tools and go from there: 

• VidIQ (channel analyzes

• Taja.io (SEO keywords)

• 1of10 (branding packaging for videos)

• quilbot (scripts)

• elevenlabs.io (voiceovers)

• pictory (video edits)

it sounds like a lot, but these together cost you less than $100 a month to get started and lets you create unlimited videos. 

it will save you hours of manuall work, 

And you do not have to spend time hiring, managing, waiting and paying for freelancers. 

Now you might have one last question in mind, 

What channel am i starting?

this is the most important part of this business model, 

your topic or niche will make or break your growth with faceless youtube. 

i have a lot of niche research videos on my youtube for free, 

And last letter covered a big part of it too you can read that here. 

i will now give a small breakdown of channels i would recommend you starting in with youtube automation AI only. 

And what to avoid running these types of channels. 

Channels to run and channels to avoid with AI

Not every YouTube channels is the same, 

throughout the years there always have been trends in the way people edit their videos. 

plus there is a huge difference between faceless youtube channels and normal youtube channels. 

and to make it even more difficult, i find that there is a big difference between normal faceless channels and youtube automation AI channels too. 

the main thing i avoid running AI channels is a channel that requires real-life footage a lot, so think about sports games highlights, celebrity news and gossip, maybe political tinted news. 

Anything that requires VISUALS of the real world are not ideal for AI youtube automation now. 

You would need to find, download and edit this content yourself (or your freelancer) 

because the AI editing softwares mainly use ai generated images or stock material. 

this method is so quick and easy. 

i call this “low content” 

think of a story based channel of a haunted house, 

or maybe a nature documentary. 

these often feature stock material or slideshow images, 

and then have a text overlay so you can read along, 

these are not based on quick cut edits and highly visuall engagement. 

AND these types of channels can also go viral, build an audience, and make a lot of money through adsense revenue. 

not everyone wants to watch quick cut edits on youtube. 

there is a market for everything and everyone. 

so, i would advice you to take aciont on this method. 

Youtube is here to stay, 

AI is only getting bigger and bigger, 

And people consume more and more content online. 

you can build out these channels into literal brands. 

We live in the attention economy. 

and you can sell the attention you generate on youtube. 

in many different ways, 

so stop consuming, 

start creating. 

and start earning. 

that is what i wanted to share about youtube automation with AI.
