Conclusion + Bonus
Chapter 1. Example Channels doing this
Law & crime network
This channel has been around for a while and they definitely know what they are doing, with a whopping 100 million+ views a month this channel is making BIG BANK.
They have long videos too which increases the RPM (how many dollars you earn per thousand views as a creator).
This channel easily over $200,000 to $300,000 a month from ad revenue alone.
They know how to capitalize on breaking news like the P.Diddy allegations like no other,
The sheer volume of videos they post when viral news breaks out is insane but the views they garner from it is even bigger.
Posting over 10 videos a day is not for beginners for sure.
But you see many bigger news channels outperform their competition with this strategy of pure volume.
Another trending topic on their channel was the johny depp and amber heart court case.
You can see that these type of channels capitalize on the once or twice a year extremely viral celebrity news.
In between this happening they post other videos about news and juice that gets less views but still performs very well.
Access Hollywood.

Smaller in terms of views compared to the last channel, but this one still racks in 18 million+ views a month.
With an average video length of 8 minutes + and the rpm being around $4 this would still amount to $70,000+ in AdSense revenue alone.
Pretty decent wouldn’t you say?
This channel has a little bit of a different approach where they do a lot of shorter videos but on a high frequency too.
Their topics / celebrities they talk about seems to be a little different too (different sub market)
The unfair advantage these 2 channels have is that they started years ago and amazed a huge subscriber base over time.
For a beginner it would be harder to get into a market like this, especially seeing how these 2 channels combined post over 20 times a day.
Pretty steep competition of you ask me,
But then again.
The demand in this market is incredibly high too.
Watch mojo
Watch mojo is also an extremely big corporation in terms of youtube and news videos. They have been around for years and also got translated channels in almost every language.
Spreading their impressions and views across the world.
Once you have a working channe it can be very lucrative to translate it to other languages too to rake in that extra adsense revenue from people who prefer to watch youtube in their own language.
Wach mojo covers a lot of different topics and is hard to compare to newer channels since they have over 20million subscribers.
But still the same principles apply.
Learn what these channels do for their titles, thumbnails and scripts and see how you can capitalize on what works.
There is hundreds of sub markets you can branch off in when doing a new channel.
With over 45 million views a month,
This channel alone easily cashes in $200,000+ a month from adsense revenue alone.
So now that you know what is possible,
Let me go over some of my personal wins and client wins to see what is possible for you,
Because what i just showed are extremely big and old channels and if you start this side hustle today you probably will not be making numbers like that anytime soon,
But for most starters who still work a 9 to 5 job on the side,
An extra 2,3,4,5 or even 7k a month extra is big wins already,
And those numbers are very possible.
Chapter 2. Past student results.
My name is Casper and for the past 3 years i have been running automated youtube channels.
After a lot of high peaks and deep lows i figured out how to run profitable faceless youtube channels,
Which now give me complete time and location freedom,
Spending most of my time near a beach where i can surf and practice Yoga,
While working remote, enjoying the sun, and not having to account to any boss.
Besides running channels myself my clients like Sanjeet, Maykol, Michael and Lisa all 4 run channels created with AI, respectively making $2,500+, $7,000, $3,300, and even $15,000 per month. (and that dates back from months ago)
And these are just a small portion of the results we have achieved using faceless youtube channels.
You can actually see their client interviews live on my youtube channels here.
Now that it is clear that
Youtube automation works,
Youtube automation with A.I works,
And anyone can do this.
Even people having no prior youtube knowledge, or big startup capital to try this online business.
so, make sure to wonder why you wouldn't be able to do this as well.
Now lets get started.
Chapter 3. How this business model works.
But before we dive in how to actually do this. Let’s see what a faceless youtube channel actually is, what it can do for you and how you can make it work.
So simply put, if you create a channel, upload videos and get views.
You can earn money from AdSense revenue. More on this in next chapter how this business makes money,
For now, you just have to know that
if you start PRODUCING CONTENT.
Instead of CONSUMING CONTENT,
You can actually make money running a youtube automation channel.
You see attention is the currency of this age and a lot of advertisers gladly pay money to use the attention you generate to earn money with.
If you start a youtube channel, which is free by the way.
You can either create videos yourself, use AI to make videos or hrie freelancers to make videos for you.
You create MEDIA,
Which is one of the highest-leverage opportunities of this age,
Because once a video is online its done and on youtube you dont have to look back at it again,
It’s like a seed that grows bigger over time.
Now the leverage comes in where you post daily videos, your backlog or garden of videos grows bigger and bigger and so do you views and revenue,.
Once your big enough you can let other freelancers make your content and this is the point where this actually becomes “automated”
Yes it needs your attention or you need to manage a team.
But because you dont have to show your face on any of the videos you can actually scale it uo without using more of your time.
So simply put,
You start a channel in a specific topic
You upload consistently and get more views
You put ads on your videos by joining the YPP (more on that later)
You get a cut of the revenue that advertisers pay youtube to show ads on your videos.
You rinse and repeat this process and earn money from it.
Now ofcourse we want to understand how, and how much money this can make us right.
Chapter 4. How this business model makes money.
Player 1: Advertiser
These are companies that want to show their ads to a specific audience. They pay youtube a certain amount of dollars for every 1000 times their ads get shown on youtube videos.
They can also target specific markets / videos / niches the ads get shown too.
Because of this, certain topic or niches get paid higher than others.
It is an auction,
And the more players play in the same market for an auction, the more they have to pay to get shown (which we as content creators can abuse).
Player 2: youtube
Youtube hosts the videos that creaotrs upload, they make deals with the advertisers to show ads on videos that match what the advertisers are selling.
Advertisers pay youtube to show ads on videos that content creators make. This is why they created the YPP (youtube partner program).
Youtube itself does not make content or channels necessarily.
And because of this they pay the channel and video creators who join the ypp a certain % to create content so that youtube can show the advertiser ads on videos.
Player 3: Content Creators
Content creators are the people who create a youtube channel and upload videos. The goal of them is to both entertain and educate the viewers for free.
Once you are eligible for the YPP as a content creator you can get accepted into the program and start putting ads on your videos.
This is where it almoist comes full circle.
You create content in a specific market, the viewers watch your content, and youtube matched your content with ads from advertisers and show them on your videos.
If the ads are good, viewers buy or click on the ads shown on the content creator their videos.
And so advertisers can earn money too,
Advertisers earn if their ads and products are good.
Youtube earns from advertisers paying them to show ads
Content creators earn from getting a % cut of what advertisers pay youtube
And viewers are entertained/educated and CAN buy products from advertisers if they want (not necessary.
This way, everyone wins.
Important metrics to understand:
CPM: this is the amount of dollars advertisers pay youtube to get their ads shown 1000 times.
RPM: This is the amount of dollars creators get from youtube for showing ads on their videos and is a percentage from the CPM.
Example how you get paid:
Advertisers pay youtube $10 for 1000 impressions. (cpm)
Advertisers gives creator $5,5 for 1000 impressions of the ads on their channel (rpm)
Youtube gives 55% of ad revenue to creators for making content and showing ads.
If you get 1,000,000 on your channel in a month.
You would make 1,000,000 / 1,000 * $5,5 = $5,500
Player 4: Viewer
Viewers are the content consumers on youtube who watch videos,
Youtube shows them content they probably like,
And once they watch a video they are shown ads that they can potentially buy and click on,
The cool part about youtube is that viewers can consume content for free,
They dont HAVE to pay for anything if they do not want to.
Chapter 5. 5 simple steps to starting youtube automation
Step 1: niche / idea
It all starts with an idea,
The niche or so called topic of your channel will make or break you youtube automation journey.
Youtube mostly works based on supply and demand just like economics,
And it is your job to find a gap in the market where a lot of viewers or people are looking for certain topics,
Where there is not a lot of content creators yet in that market making videos on that topic.
This can be done using different tools like Vidiq, Nexlev or 1of10.
The less competition, the easier it is for you to break through,
But little competition can also indicate that a market is not interesting to run a channel in,
This can be due to multiple reasons like; low interest, low total addressable market of viewers, low RPM and much more.
Your job is finding the balance between doing something that is not overly saturated but also verifying this market can actually make you money.
Niche research goes extremely deep, if you want to learn more about that watch my youtube videos on it or join the skool community.
Step 2: Channel
Once a topic is decided we have to make our channel. Creating a youtube channel is easy.
Just make a new gmail account related to your topic, if you already have a name for your channel integrate that in it,
Now make a youtube channel on the youtube homepage and your basically done,
Use tools like canva to make a fitting logo and banner,
Think about color and font congruency that matches your topic and your channel is created,
Now we want it to get found and also start posting videos.
Step 3: SEO / metadata
Search engine optimization or SEO and metadata is needed for the youtube algorithm to understand what we are talking about in our videos and just what are videos are about.
Especially when starting out you want to target a specific niche and integrate SEO tags and keywords in your videos, tags, description, title and on your channel page.
This makes it easier for youtube to know what you are making and who you are making it for.
Thus giving them a better chance at matching your content to the correct viewer, leading to a higher viewer satisfaction, in turn giving you hopefully higher CTR and AVD. (click through rate, Average view duration).
Step 4: Video production
Now that the channel is made we have to start producing vidoes.
A youtube video consists of the following:
An idea
A script
A voice over
Video editing
Thumbnail
In that order you will make your videos.
How you do each steps is very different and dependant on your time and money.
Some people outsource everything start to finish, some just outsource the video editing and some make full videos themselves.
In general with this business model youtube automation we try and outsource the production part so: scripts, voice overs, video edit and thumbnails.
The idea and packaging of your video is probably the most important part so we weant your creative juices focusing on that.
Basically we outsource the heavy lifting of actually making videos to AI or freelancers.
Once a video is done you just upload it to youtube, schedule it for when you want to release it and then your done.
Now why is this called youtube AUTOMATION?!
Step 5: Automation
The reasons we call this youtube automation is because we can outsource almost all the work to frealncers or AI and then schedule our videos ahead.
Once a video is live you also do not have to look back at the video,
There is no customer service, no shipping, no talking to suppliers etc,
Its online live media, that once made is up forever.
It can grow over time and get views forever,
And so it can earn revenue forever.
Tools you can use to automate all this work is linked at the bottom of this letter,
And some softwares for managing a team and creating good workflows too.
All that is left for you to do now is actually start,
